​Over the weekend, I was helping my family with some renovations, and while lifting something, I felt a sharp pain in my back. I don't remember the last time something hurt this much. Luckily, it didn't end up with an ambulance and a hospital visit, but the pain wouldn't stop. Today I went to the doctor, and according to him, fortunately, it's just a strained back with severe inflammation. He prescribed me painkillers and anti-inflammatories, I'm on extended sick leave, and I have a referral for a spine X-ray and blood tests, and then we'll see what's next... I'm sorry for not writing and for worrying you...

I'll try to post updates so you know I'm alive, and I'll catch up on everything once things are good again.
