🌸 Ruka's eyes clenched shut as she broke out into a fit of laughter. Lyrelle's behavior was just too much, causing her to break into a fit of laughter.

"What's so funny?"

She opened her eyes just in time to catch Lyrelle glaring at her, her expression full of embarrassment. The gaze made Ruka shudder, causing her to look to the side awkwardly. She felt her face burning a bright red, jumping as Lyrelle began to speak again.

"C'mon Ruru, we should head back. I'm sure everyone is wondering where sweet, precious Ruka wandered off to". Lyrelle said playfully. Clearly now trying to tease her back in revenge. She noticed it began to work, as Ruka's cheeks burned even brighter.

"I.. I told you it's not like that!" Ruka stammered. "I just needed to get some air.. Yeah! Some air! I wasn't hiding". Ruka looked up at the sky, twirling her hair. Her face twisted with several conflicting emotions.

Lyrelle shook her head with an amused smile forming across her face again.

"Whatever you say, Precious Ruru".

She turned toward the hall leading back to the village plaza, her veil fluttering gently behind her as she began to walk.

"Oh Lyrelle!". Ruka said loudly. She turned back to face her, only to find that Lyrelle had already begun walking back without her.

"Hey, wait Lye.. wait!. Ruka yelled out as she broke out into a clumsy jog, the edges of her skirt billowing as she ran to catch up. 🌸
