today’s poster is based on a booth decoration made by a 4th year student during their thesis festival

their thesis is a short animated film abt an artist who doomscrolled to the point where it consumes them and never finished the painting made for a museum exhibition.

i honestly relate to the character the most. i told the creator that their short film got me hooked in a good way, and the fact that it happened to me multiple times in the past makes it more relatable. hence why, i decided to install a screen time management app called scrollkiller (not sponsored btw).

days later, i decided to make this poster inspired by cut-up collages of granola app and (somehow) and brad mead’s works. i’m not sure if he ever did something like this before, but i absolutely love his work so much :)
