Conrad Weiss is a tall, broad-framed man with a heavy build, wide shoulders, and a solid posture. He has the physical presence of someone accustomed to industrial environments rather than office life, with thick arms, a broad chest, and a generally imposing silhouette.

His hair is completely gray-white, thick for his age, medium-short, and usually swept back with a slightly rough, uneven texture. His facial hair is also fully gray. He wears a pronounced curled moustache extending outward from the upper lip and a short beard concentrated around the chin and lower jaw. His cheeks are kept clean-shaven, giving the beard a deliberate, old-fashioned shape.

Weiss has pale gray-blue eyes beneath heavy brows, although one eye is permanently covered by a dark eyepatch. Several visible scars cross the surrounding side of his face and forehead, with additional smaller marks along the cheek and nose. His remaining eye is deep-set and severe.

Weiss began his career as a structural engineer working on reinforced industrial machinery, load-bearing frames, armor systems, and extreme-environment equipment. His early work placed him close to AEGIRON's original industrial philosophy: machines should continue functioning even after suffering damage that would disable conventional equipment.
