So, for this one, after coming to terms with what she is now, Astrid is a Vampire who still has a ' Protect the Weak ' mentality. However, she also seeks self preservation too and when Hunters from all over the world come to ' Save her from herself ', Astrid takes slight offense to that. While attending a Masquerade Ball, she heard whispers of a Hunter that was also there, Astrid avoided said Hunter all night till they left, she then followed them to a Dark Chapel and ' Played with her Food ' for a bit.
