Tsuga K'cee - to her coworkers known Kacey - is a paranormal investigator, living and acting in the mundane world.

Unlike Lucille, who she sees as her younger sister and loves dearly, Tsuga has no grasp over magic forces. In extraordinary high concentrations she might feel the presence of one magical element, but that's that.

Tsuga operates best alone despite being team of a supernatural agency. Having a partner would only distract her, because Tsuga is a super empath, able to feel emotions of others as strong or sometimes stronger than her own. Be it the fear of fleeing wild life, nervousness of a potential suspect, or the all present chaos of a crowd of people, it leaks into her mind sometimes helpful, sometimes overwhelming. Her ability is a well kept secret, only Lucille and her Guardian knows about.

Tsuga is dutiful to a fault, self-sacrificing and doesn't shy away to say her opinion even against her superiors. As a result she is constantly overworked and tired.

Tsuga's badge is a tool from the agency, obscuring her appearance to that of a mundane police officer the onlooker would expect.

In her younger years Tsuga was much more of a rebel than she is today. She still enjoys the style, the music and the scene, but her duty takes priority over the simply having fun.
