Viktor is a schoolboy from Moscow who carries himself as if everything is permitted to him, because behind him stands his older brother, a member of a street skinhead group. He isn't yet a full member of this group himself, but he already shares its views and uses its reputation to keep those around him afraid. At school he's used to being someone people fear and don't argue with.
