This isekai follows a boy who is transported to a new world, where he ends up befriending the local apothecaries. However, they harbor a dark secret: they actually despise him, using him solely for his mana and the favors he performs for them. He starts off as a total "simp," but something shifts within him, and he decides to change his fate.
