A few years ago, a video that looked like home footage went viral, terrifying half of Portugal. It was filmed from inside a car carrying three friends; the vehicle picked up a young woman named Teresa Fidalgo in the middle of the night and subsequently crashed. According to the credits, two of the three friends died. In reality, it was a clip from the video A Curva, which its director, David Rebordão, wanted to promote online. It caused a sensation on social media, with many believing it was real. The commotion was so great that the director had to clarify the situation.
