Child Safety Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2025
1. Purpose and Commitment
Moescape (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment for all users. The Company has adopted this Child Safety Policy in accordance with applicable child protection and content safety laws, including but not limited to prohibitions against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The possession, distribution, or creation of CSAM is strictly prohibited on or through any Moescape platform, product, or service. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any behavior, content, or activity that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any manner, whether real or fictionalized.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users are expressly prohibited from:
(a) Uploading, generating, transmitting, or soliciting CSAM or CSAE-related content;
(b) Depicting, implying, or promoting sexualized representations of minors or minor-like characters;
(c) Engaging in grooming, predatory behavior, or any form of communication intended to exploit or harm minors;
(d) Misrepresenting age or identity to circumvent Moescape’s content restrictions or age requirements.
Violation of this policy constitutes immediate grounds for account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities and relevant organizations.
3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement
Moescape employs a combination of automated detection systems, human moderation, and manual review procedures to identify, remove, and report prohibited content.
When Moescape obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE content on its platform, the Company will:
(a) Remove or disable access to such content without delay; and
(b) Report the material and associated account information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by law.
4. Reporting Mechanism
Users may report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or related safety concerns through the in-app “Report” feature available in content menus and user profiles.
All reports are promptly reviewed by Moescape’s Trust & Safety team, which may take immediate enforcement actions, including suspension, content removal, or escalation to law enforcement agencies.
5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation
Moescape complies with all applicable child safety and data retention laws, including those governing mandatory reporting and cooperation with law enforcement agencies. The Company reserves the right to preserve and disclose user data in connection with investigations concerning potential CSAE or CSAM activity.
6. Designated Point of Contact
For regulatory inquiries or urgent notifications regarding potential child safety violations, Moescape designates the following point of contact:

Email: [email protected]
This contact is authorized to receive communications from AppStores, law enforcement, or other competent authorities concerning CSAE or CSAM matters and to take appropriate remedial actions on behalf of the Company.
